Privacy Policy

When you submit an enquiry or contact form we collect the details you provide: your name, phone number, email address, your child's name and school year, subjects of interest, and your message. If you join our newsletter we store your email address.

• To respond to your enquiry and arrange tuition.
• To manage lessons, scheduling and communication once you become a customer.
• To send occasional updates if you joined the newsletter (you can unsubscribe any time).

We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing.

Form submissions are stored securely in our tuition management system. Access is restricted to GradeSmart staff who need it to respond to you.

Enquiry details are kept for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any tuition that follows. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, and to object to or restrict our processing of it. To exercise any of these rights, email info@gradesmart.co.uk.

Essential cookies are always used — they are what make the site work, and the site cannot function without them.

We also use optional advertising and analytics cookies, set through Google Tag Manager and Google Ads. These tell us which of our adverts actually lead to enquiries, so we are not paying for advertising that does not work. They are only set if you choose “Accept optional” on the cookie banner. If you decline, or simply ignore the banner, they are not set, and Google receives only anonymous, cookie-free signals that cannot identify you.

We also use Vercel Web Analytics to count page views. It uses no cookies, collects no personal data and cannot track you across other websites, so it runs whatever you choose above.

To change your mind at any time, clear this site’s data in your browser settings and the banner will appear again on your next visit.
