Our policies
Behaviour Policy
We are committed to a positive, calm and productive learning environment where every student feels safe and respected during lessons.
Aims of this policy
- Keep every learning space safe and welcoming.
- Encourage students to take pride in their work and conduct.
- Support effective, uninterrupted teaching.
- Prevent bullying through consistent, fair handling of behaviour.
- Build positive habits students carry back to school.
Responsibilities
Tutors, students and parents share responsibility for maintaining respect: tutors model it, students practise it, and parents reinforce it. Discriminatory or disrespectful conduct is never acceptable from anyone.
What good behaviour looks like
In the learning space: politeness, tidiness and calm movement. In lessons: arriving ready to learn, listening when others speak, and bringing the right materials.
Our approach
We focus on consistency and positive relationships. Effort is recognised openly; issues are addressed privately and constructively. The goal is always to get a student back on track, not to punish for its own sake.
Working together
